A healthy mind is essential for an abundant life, it enables you to manage stress, overcome challenges, and find joy in daily experiences.

Mental health encompasses emotional well-being, self-awareness, and resilience, and often involves practices such as mindfulness, prayer, and therapy.

There are other components that you may have not considered. It is my hope that you are able to live in a way that best supports your overall wellbeing.


As you continue to incorporate the Abundant Living Guide, please consider that Mood can have a major impact on perspectives of life.

Perspective, the way one views themselves, in this world and the surrounding environments, are key elements that impact living abundantly.

If you can give yourself 12 consecutive days to focus on Minding your Mind and develop Tiny Habits that will aide in shifting thoughts from negative thinking, from consistent, deliberate practice will strengthen the neuro fibers of the brain resulting in appealing outcomes each and every day.

Tiny Habits- is a methodology that has been developed by B.J. Fogg, Ph D.

Tiny Habits is a technique that is based upon focusing on small changes and create big results over time.

Once the momentum for change has been ignited, in a day, then a week, and beyond there can be noticeable differences.

Let’s Shift

A Tiny Habit for Mental Health and the other areas that we shall review in the months to come, should have the following elements:

Simple- Ideally, “No equipment needed”.

A habit can be completed, whether you’re at home, at school, at work, or on vacation.

Fast- It should take no more than 5 minutes to complete. Yes, 5 minutes.

The power in establishing a mindset habit, comes from doing it again, and again, and again, day after day after day.

For example, every morning that a look in the mirror, say to yourself,

“Hello Gorgeous” with confidence and mean it from the heart.

This spoken word habit may sound ridiculously and not realistic, because it’s not the norm, it is not about feelings. It is about shifting the way you think, to produce a shift in the way the you feel.

Take 30 seconds or less each day, look in the mirror and say, “Hello Gorgeous”.

B.J. Fogg says; A new behavior happens when three elements come together at the same time:

1) Motivation

2) Ability

3) A New Prompt / A New Behavior to reset your brain, spirit and body.

Then Celebrate the Victories, Celebrate yourself with regular little rewards.

Building Blocks are what I am sharing with you.

Some habits created will become “building blocks” for other habits and eventually re-structure, and re-align your mind, spirit and body to be all that they can be in You.

A tiny habit is fast, simple, and will grow with positive outcomes.

It is my intent to Inspire Creative Changes that shall enhance an inner capacity to Fully Embrace Your Authentic Self.

You deserve the best that this life has to offer and I desire to see you with all of it.
